Ms. Galle practices in the firm’s public finance and land use law groups with an emphasis on municipal finance. Ms. Galle has represented various landowners and residential and commercial real estate developers in connection with infrastructure and public services financing mechanisms such as Mello-Roos Community Facilities Districts and assessment districts in the State of California. Ms. Galle’s experience includes all aspects of special district and land secured public financing transactions including the formation process, bond issuance and post issuance matters.
